I've been going around forums, and apparently BRLNS is very different from other servers. Does PC really have a nerf? What is the difference between PC and PE anyway, and who has the adv

Disclaimer: I don’t have too much knowledge on this, this info is taken from what I heard from others
I believe so, I heard that the pc nerf was that pc players deal less damage than pe players on pvp games. This was because many pe players complained about pc having all the advantages as being more able to move and hit compared to pe players. So this was considered “balanced” because pe players would be able to deal more damage to pc players, while pc players can still land more hits since most are able to easily move quickly and attack at the same time (which is not as easy for pe players to do)
Well, I do see the effect as when some pc players combat me I only get dealt half a heart, while other times they wreck me fast (maybe my armor was bad and they had a good weapon at the time? Idk)
Again, no one really has the “advantage” in this situation, as vertx tries to make everything fair since pe players complain about pc being able to hit them more (don’t quote me cuz again I’m taking what I heard) and at times some pc players complain about how overkill the nerf was when it takes so long to kill a player who isn’t that heavily stacked

PC players are basically put on 1.9. The faster they click, the less damage they do. So the damage they do is basically the same no matter what no matter the click speed.
The only time the nerf gets weird and doesn't work as it should is when PC players play pyro kit in a PVP game due to them having a higher damage ratio (not higher damage) compared to mobile (even when mobile plays pyro) (note that mobile always has more damage but I did mention that the damage ratios change specifically in that situation)
