First of all: If you want your point across, make it understandable. Excessive capitalisation is one thing, but not separating your huge block text into paragraphs is another thing.
Anyway, it is rather unfortunate. I understand the frustration, I really do. But that's the current META (Most Effective Tactics Available) in Minecraft: Bedrock, so there's little that can be done about it. Segregating users who play on different platforms seems like a good idea, but you have to look at the bigger picture.
Imagine this:
You own and manage a relatively huge Minecraft: Bedrock server, it always has a lot of players online. The more players a server has, the bigger and better the equipment that is needed to sustain it. Maintaining one (physical) server is already a bit of a mess, but imagine running 3 different bungee servers just to segregate 3 different types of devices that users have access to (Keyboard+Mouse, Controller, Touch Screen)? Now imagine one platform not having a lot of players, if that's the case then one server will just mostly be empty and it will be like throwing money out the window. And now imagine having to backup 3 networks of servers? Bloody hell, you might as well call blokes at N.A.S.A. to lend them one of their super computers.
Overall, it will be a huge waste of resources. It's better to have them all in one jar rather than placing them in their own containers. Does it suck? For most people, yes. Is it an efficient use of resources? You bet. Is it easier to maintain? Absolutely! Try and look at the bigger picture, try to set aside your personal interests to think about whether or not such thing can be done
