Should PC get a cooldown

Pc players have too much advantage now to the point they can just camp and then jitterclick their way to cleanup :/ I say we should atleast give them some sort of cool down right or handicap bc its not really fair when they can just immidiatly spam eat their apples and continue punching simultaniously >:(
Istg its gotten to a point if you have windows 10 your immidiatly gonna be a winner aslong as you just save your food and get a good pc kit(cough cough buster cough)
 
Cooldown is already added in java edition I HaTe It Dx thats why im play pe bcuz it dont have a cooldown
i hope cooldown didnt added to mcpe in 1.3 update

in my pov i dont really think so cause they have farther reach and good kb so its nearly impossible to hit them

Should be that Win10 players can't pvp and eat at the same time, and can't eat by jitter clicking AKA a cooldown for eating.

And I guess make Win10 a bit slow so that the jitter clicking doesn't work.

In mcpe 1.2.10 there is no eating animation so u can eat instantly xD
