Password?

i forgot my password on the account I have and my iPad is breaking so once it stops working that means I can't play anymore....is there a way to change password without entering it again? Does vertx or someone have all the passwords?

You need to take a screenshot of you logged onto the account too proove that it's yours then a staff member can reset It for u
