Hello I’m Nat, I’m here to request a password reset for my friend. Her ign is: “SSnipperPuppy_XX”.

There is a possibility that she will have to make a forums account in order to prove that she really owns the account. But try asking her if she has a screenshot saying "Welcome back..."

No not at all. She forgot it, and she made another one which she lost her stats.

Believe me, I’m not here to take over her account or anything. I just want help my friend, recover her account. Which she forgot her password. But without screenshot and just my words. Chances are, I feel hopeless and for her too to be denied. :-:

Although there may be a way to prove the account belongs to her if a staff can find her main account like if it was a ban info and see if it’s connected to her network.

First picture she tells me her main account because she went to remember her ign, as she’s in her Xbox account. Second picture is my friend list with three accounts she made and maybe staff can find her those accounts connected to her network to prove she owns her main account. @_PineappleDeath_ @DarkRainbows @ssunsett

i can ban her main account then check the ban info, not sure it’ll be enough evidence though..

I’ve never asked if I could ban someone to check something although I’ve done it before and they knew about it soo..

She’s probably using a different device but on the same network, which does show the accounts are linked to her network as I predicted, but I’ll ask her for her stats and then probably that should do the trick.

Okay, she remembers her stats...she’s in level: 62, the crew she’s in is: DaRainbowNoobs, her kills: 315, her wins: 564, her deaths 1644, and her Exp: 123805. I hope this is enough for the last time. @_PineappleDeath_
