Hi, in order for staff to reset your passwords, you need proof that you actually own your your account. An example of proof is to take a screenshot of when you log in and it says, "Welcome back <your username>!" An example is shown below:
If you don't have a screenshot of this, try uploading a picture of your skin and try to remember any stats you have.

Cassie remembers her level, and that's all..... She's only 8 and has short term memory loss. Krystal was recently perm banned but was unbanned by Hazard. She doesn't remember anything.
