Password reset for my brother

Hi, so I was wondering if it would be possible to get a password reset on my brothers account. His ign is tenrocks and I logged him out by accident and he can’t get back in because he forgot his password I know you’re supposed to have screenshots of wins or “welcome back” but he doesn’t have any. We’re on the same network and we’ve logged on with the same devices so do I still need the ss to prove it’s really his account? Thank you

Do you have a screenshot of something like ‘welcome back [username]!’ Or /mystats?

are you logged into the Brlns discord or beta website? Do you have any screenshots of old wins or chats?

Let me know whenever you’re online and I’ll reset your password, we checked if your ips were connected are they are so that’s enough proof.
