Password issue!

I recently got an emerald rank (NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS) so me being the impatient self I am logged out then thinking to relogin thinking it will come. One problem though, my passcode was not working. I tried all my pass codes and also with the -1 passcode thing too. Is there any way admins can help me with this pass code?
