I used to play on this server, but recently a hacker changed my account password and I need help to change it! If someone can do anything I would be very happy!

Hi, i'm sorry but if you have no screenshots to the account it's gonna make it harder for us staff members to find out if you really own the account. What was the last skin you used? We could be able to tell it's you by the skin you last used. It couldn't have been a hacker considering only staff can reset user passwords and no players can reset their password without a staff member.

Well if you ever forget it you can just contact one of us might I suggest when you log in next after your password is reset take a screenshot just in case you forget it again or want it changing again we will be able to verify you own the account by the screenshot.
