Further Information:

• Claims to have "accidentally" given password to a hacker
• The Hacker then used the account and thus banned
• He also made some posts on the "Off Topic" Section recently

The brother of "Frost Legionnaire" is currently conducting this parole

Conditions:

1. Frost Legionnaire proposes to be able to make a new account, and informing the server staffs about the account
2. To avoid switching accounts. The account must at least be active 4 times in 2 weeks. Failure to comply results to banning the account for 30 days. If does not comply again. Permanent Ban
