I did some research (and played a lot of murder mystery) and I found all the out of the map bugs here it is:

Thank you for the report, it is not a bug! Developers and builders still haven't been fixed yet of these problem maps, as they were mistakenly/forgotten to build, created on the map by someone, but please, you don't need to get out of any of maps, and we can look at it. :) @vertx @Flowingmedia @Jaskirat
