How i found the bug:
i played on a HG server, and i was killed while crafting soup. but instead of the crafting bar spills the item out, i still keep them. After that, i have an idea for smuggling items into a Mobwars match. and i found the twitch promotion exploit that you seen o the video
BTW, im on ForgeOptifine, so the item dont render on the Crafting bar, but if you are on vanilla, the item will render.
To do the glitch, it is simple:just put the item you want to smuggle in the crafting bar, and press F6 and ESC.
