one-round expired

when I log in,its siad my walking effect expired
so I re-buy a new walking effect（lava）
but,when I after a game（just only 1round）
its said my effect expired again
what?one round then the effect expired?
just only one round?
crazy?
thats cost me 3200 money!
plz fix it
