Isn't this a bug? Like...

I just did /read and it spams the chat....

And I did /vote and it spams out like woah so many rewards... @vertx

This bug has already been reported by @AshTheNash in another thread for about like this. I think that the spam-filter is not very good at protecting spammers, and this prevents players from saying something. I also think that the server has been updated today. So, players can send one message to the chat, sometimes it gets the chat will say that "Don't spam the chat" with the same message as the dual messages, but the players didn't do it, which sometimes it could be hurting their eyes. :(

This picture of double or a lot of messages is a bug.

Yep, seems an unfair bug. I recommend that you could report that bug by creating a conversation to Flowingmedia and vertx instead of posting that bug in the "bug report" section in public since it has an unfair advantage to the player itself and some players will do this.

One time, I got 2x coins from a yellow gem and it started spamming chat, too!

It used to happen back in... I think 0.16 (not sure, #badmemory), and that time it was Mojang's fault. So I think this one's an MCPE bug. I'm not sure, though.
