I think it's like the boat map bug tgere just to be there but this happens 5-20% of the time

Maybe if your Wifi connectivity is slow, your chunks could load in or disappear sluggishly.
This happens to me, but rarely.
I'm not sure if @vertx can do anything about it, sorry.

But, if it happens continuously, you could relog, turn your wifi on or off again, or sit closer to your wifi modem. That would result in less lag, concluding less bugs and slow loading chunks.

xD Happens to me alot.. I remember that all block are missing (actually not all ,just a few shown ) Luckily the next color was right what i am standing on xD.. and As Pixie said its on your Wifi connection
