I think it's just me that I'm at 1.1 and not 1.2.6 but im just gonna say it,

Ok so Everytime in MM when I die in the game I spectate Right? Well when I try chatting in /grm it says "Sorry spectator can't use the chat". Is it me that I'm in 1.1? Or did the game add it?

I don't have a screenshot but I can get one if you want.

So basically I want to know if You can't use the chat while spectating from now on or is it just me?

Its not just you.
When you are spectating a murder mystery game you can't chat during it in general.
This is mainly because a player could easily find out who the murderer is when he is spectating the game and spoiler it everyone in the chat which would be quite unfair and ruin the game experience.As far as I know it also effects /grm and /frm because you could just bypass this system and tell youre friends who may be also in the game who the murderer is otherwhise.
