I’m sorry, but I’ve already made my decision - I know she isn’t a bad person, but it doesn’t change what she’s all done.

There’s over 100+ usernames she’s used to bypass, she’s insulted staff, she’s duplicated multiple times.
This clearly isn’t allowed, she knew this.
