He is only saying that in /frm, so I think it would be harsh to mute him just for that.
If you are offended by his chat, use /ignore, and that will block all his messages from you :)

Oh, okay. I thought he was insulting you.

Well, like I said, I think it would be a little cruel to mute him only for that.
And anyway, if you are muted you can still chat using /frm. So it will not do anything... TMA can do "/ignore MrDonuts" to block MrDonuts' chat :)
