Note: her wand/staff is based off of a bubble wand! She can create multiple bubbles at once with all the tiny holes in it!
She's bubbly and sweet and is always smiling!
She can typically be found around her home town throwing parties/performing for children/or at the park
She lives in a nice little cottage near a stream that has magical properties. She uses the stream to help fuel her wand to make her bubbles. She dips it in once every 100 years and it lasts her the entire century.
Legend has it that she steals away bratty and spoiled children and keeps them in bubbles that can only be destroyed by her. Most never return home. The brattiest of children are sent far far away. All the way into space. What happens to them once they leave earth? You could take a wild guess.
-Children around her town are generally well behaved out of fear of being taken away from their families
