Honestly it doesn't matter if you're notable member or not,I started talking and doing stuff with notable members when I just was a member,but if you want to achieve 160 messages to be a notable member..You have to try and help out like notable members kinda.But as someone else said (forgot who xD) do not spam to get the tag,It's not really important.
