Soooo..............I would like you to consider an argument I have about the farmer kit in SW/TSW. It is way
too op.
1. The knockback from the eggs is 4-5 blocks- if you are on a bridge or the edge of an island forget it- you are almost always going to fall to the void. If you are fighting in a large enough area you might have a chance if you're good at strafing but it almost acts as if the player has reach. You can't get close to them when they are throwing their eggs.
2. The amount of food you get with farmer is too op. 10 cooked chicken is far too much. It should be 5 cooked chicken in my opinion.
3. In TSW you are able to kill your own teammates with the eggs (this also applies to fishing rod in TSW- your own teammate can fish you and yeet you into the void)
I know a lot of people will say- so use farmer kit. I'm sure it will be all the players that use that kit. I hear you all but I know you all egg-ree it's too strong of a kit. I have used many kits- some say pyro is too op- it only comes with one cooked chicken and some meh gold armor. I have used archer but I prefer to pvp so not the kit for me. I am now using buster because the farmer kit is too op and kinda unfair. Buster used to be considered "too op" (you pvp'ers who have been here a few years remember) but now it's the only pvp option that has a chance in a "rushing" situation vs a farmer.

I am interested in hearing both sides of the argument from people. Farmer kit users do you think the egg knockback and 10 cooked chickens is fair? (I know it comes w/o armor but armor is easy to get)
For non farmers what would you do to change the farmer kit without nerfing it completely?

I am a farmer kit user and I think it's pretty decent. And since I'm also a noob it helps give me an advantage when put in a game of pro players. Ntm, when you use your eggs they run out SUPER quickly, which kinda sucks. I can literally go through all four stacks in less them 20 seconds. So I don't think it's that op. And I usually don't even eat all the food I'm given so that's kinda useless to me. I just tend to give most of it to my team.

farmer kit doesnt give armor, yes armor is pretty easy to find, but sometimes you dont get good armor. it is annoying when fighting a farmer kit with good armor who hasnt used their chicken yet xD
eggs, yes they are a bit op but they dont do damage nor have the range of a bow- they also run out fast.
its a good kit in tsw, the extra food is great if u get ganged up on or you can share food/eggs w/ teammates

farmer kit can be annoying to fight in solo but isnt usually super hard, also not all sw is straight out pvp, strategy gets wins too. The people ive seen using using farmer tend to rush or are noobs lol (probably not be true of all, just what i saw last few times i was on)

Also, I think it depends on the player. I can't even aim with any of the eggs lmao. But for a more advanced player they could hit spot on. And, in order to actually get knocked off a bridge you'd have to hit them in the most accurate position cause if you don't all your eggs were good for was just alerting them.

I love the farmer kit, the amount of chicken you get isn’t near enough whenever someone will full armor and a iron sword swings in attacking you - the eggs aren’t too accurate honestly, like you could probably go through a whole stack (maybe it’s just my aim but I mean) trying to knock one single person down, so they go down prettttttyyyy.. quickly ˎ₍•ʚ•₎ˏ

The farmer kit is the best kit in the game. Pls dont nerf it

If u know how to use eggs correctly u wont lose them quickly and their kb is hella high that one time i was fighting somebody on space map and he yeeted me off the mid of the island by using only 5-7 eggs and the kit has 64 eggs and i find it really op especially with pc players, for the chickens they r too much if the farmer finds armors which aren't easy to find, so my opinion is to nerf eggs kb and give farmer only 5 chickens but with armors, that way i see it would be fair

Yea, but most people that play use a phone or ipad....I've only met a small percentage that told me they use pc...And even players with pc don't tend to use it for some reason? They only switch to it if they are getting intense or wanna try-hard...

I see many pc players everyday and most of them use that kit and are pretty good with it and its truly SO HARD to kill them

Tbh I only use farmer kit for the food, before farmer I was murdering everyone with creeper kit until I started to die easily cuz of food shortage.

True, armor isn’t hard to find but as mentioned before the armor found isn’t the best, everyday there’s at least 1-2 games where out of all the chests I’ve looted I end up with only a pair of leather boots. And if you attack someone who has a good sword, the 10 chicken can be depleted quite easily unless you’re able to dodge the majority of the hits (tho it depends on the skill level of the opponent).

I’d use a diff kit but fr most ppl I fight have a ton of food and that’s what drove me to using this kit. I use my eggs wisely so throughout a single average game I only get through 1-2 stacks of eggs since ofc I feel pity for ppl just spamming eggs at everyone I see xD I also restock my eggs every single time I use them (I’m probs one of the only players that use my resources wisely) so that I don’t run out in PvP. I mean, I also egg my opponents when they’re close to the edge cuz why not yeet them xD

But in my opinion I don’t prefer farmer kit as well. I enjoy fighting players who are have an average amount of food, even fighting other ppl with farmer kit is annoying at times cuz you can end up fighting them for ages. If I didn’t see them around as often I wouldn’t have switched and used a more fair kit like buster/archer/creeper/pyro/etc.

You can use Farmer kit too, ally.It's just annoying in tsw.

You don't get any armor when u buy this kit

So it's kinda fair, ig.
I suggest only vertx fixing the kb and make eggs/rod not to be hiteable in tsw
