Not registering my new wins/ levels.

I recently had a huge streak of 86 wins in mw, and im not getting exp...
I also recently had a game with 2000+ exp and i didnt level up....
I should be around level 70 by now, and im only level 21...

I tried what she did, it didn't work... seems like a lost cause... guess ill have to restart all that work....

its working again but I didnt get my exp....

What I did to fix it was to try & play on a different device, I usually play on my ios device, but I tried on my win10 and it worked.

I had tried multiple things like logging out then back in, which was unsuccessful.

I also tried playing multiple different games which also didn’t work.
