Not Online Friend

Well, IDK if this is a glitch or a bug but, my friend exotica/fluffysnow seems to be online but i can't join her. It says that Exotica is not online but she was playing BP. AND THERES MORE, when I go back to lobby she is using /grm but she is not on "friend(s) online" HELP MEHHH

Does she have a rank?
Rank people can do /friend notify. /friend notify will make the rank people be offline to their friends.

Maybe they used to have a rank such as gold or diamond and they were playing with /friend notify when it expired
