Noclip or bug?

I found these players that seem to have noclip hacks, but from what I see it seems to be a bug that happens in the waiting lobby of some games.
Server: hs and bp

The BP lobby one is a glitch/bug - the other one I am not sure because I haven't seen it happen in HS before.... I will add her to my list of players to be watched- thank you Juliana

Hi @vertx I moved this from player reports so you can see it- in the Blockparty waiting players are stuck in the floor like they have no-clip- then once the game starts they are still stuck like this and either spawn in or under the floor- I know someone put a video on a different thread- I wanted to show u this one also since it may be happening in hs now as well - we just unbanned a few players that were mistakenly banned for this bug in the bp waiting
