Reason: He was using No-clip, Fly-hacking, and reach as well as kill-aura. Really just about every trick in the book.

(No Server id as I wasn't actively recording until I noticed him acting weird in the lobby.)

Hopefully this clip is sufficient. It seems like this player is using the same skin as another player I reported earlier although it is difficult to tell if he is bypassing an earlier report or not as many other cheaters use similar skins.
