no exp x2

i got a emerald rank on the november last year(80-90 level then) but i didnt got coin and exp x2, dk y just saw that i can get x2 a few days ago xd. and i just notice that if i buy now i will get, so i wonder if i can get back x2? btw my ign is DaGoldunTang.

Emerald ranks boosters arent working. But for some reason Gold and Diamond ranks do get exp boosters. Doesnt really make sense

I once created a new account as a joke, kept playing on it and decided to use up some yellow gems. I got an exp booster and it did work.

So is it supposed to work for premium members only?
