This user has already been banned once.
He got unbanned by lying on his ban appel so later that day I found him in the chat saying he use to hack.

Took a while to get proof, but friended him and gained trust.
The only reason I am including this is so he cannot try and lie on another ban appel simply saying this is a glitch.
