Archers have the tendency to one shot people by those bow shots, though keep in mind there range is the only advantage they have(besides the stone sword).

We can't help you, you can buy the kit and counter the people or practice speedbridging[not encouraged]
But some good snipers can do midair shots from 3 islands away.
I'm not supporting your cause cos that's my favourite way of ruining people's lives ;p

a bow n arrows is all we get anyways. no armor. we have to get everything else from looting islands.
