This is just a time world bug, this bug never been fixed, this bug is old and its also from the old BL version as I remembered. Just a time bug but really cool.

I actually like the night playing bug... it's just that it's hard to see players...

Maybe some maps have it and some don't.

As far as I know, mods can't, but I don't know if admins can. But I doubt Plush did it anyway.
