I dunno no , even us can't tell you , thats only between woona and diavent , but yeah , as i know they're currently closed until [DELETED BY ADMIN]

I’m not exactly sure when they’ll be reopened, possibly if a builder goes inactive for too long and they remove the rank or something.

For now you’ll just have to wait, on the bright side you could be boosting your building skills!
