New /stats feature.

If we look at someone stats, it should be show if it is in our party and our friend...(maybe more,if you have an idea,comment it)

I know there is /friend list or /party members (or something) but it is more easy way.

I think it could be good but if more important thing dont done already,then this features could be later. (it was complicated,sorry if it wrong)
