I think people should be given time for like 1 month and see what they did in the month to help brokenlens and staff should just keep an eye on them bcause making people staff is a big thing and being a staff is also big thing

I don’t think is a good system for the same reason as a lot of other people. People will vote their friends. Even though we’ve already told spike no (and for good reason) someone on this thread still ‘voted’ for them.

Also we already take into consideration what you guys think. We know you like Darkrainbows and we know you like Bluelelildutch. So we pay attention to them a bit more. We also make our own observations about people here and watch them.

Person A: I will ban hackers...
Person B: I want to improve this...
Then people can vote for person A or B without knowing identity. However staff must shortlist people

It all comes down to vertx then after the votes (staff-elect) gets a thumbs up or a thumbs down from vertx but vertx should watch them for awhile
If I were to chose someone who most deserves staff I guess I would choose @SodaTheDutchAD and @HermioneJG just saying plus these two r nice and they help a lot my next vote would have been @BlueLeLilDutchAD

What @BlueLeLilDutchAD is saying is that there are times for new staff members and this might be one. Also as warriorgirl half mentioned he may have bought himself a ticket to being helper rank... But he things people should vote and then staff and vertx watches them for like a month or longer and then vertx gives a thumbs up/down but this is basicly choosing someone vertx/staff should watch ALSO READ: this is also not official or monitored by any of the Brokenlens staff and we as mear peasants don't make the rules we can only follow them and give our opinion and as @BlueLeLilDutchAD has given their opinion so should the rest of u... I don't actually think this will work though so sorry but I don't care what u think wow this is long did I drink two cups of tea today or not I don't know but I am drowning in it right now so gg
