New Requirements for YT rank [Idea Edition] UPDATED

We can't make our Min Subs 1000+ We barely Have Any YT For that we Need to Control Amount of YouTuber and their Perks to at least the /Nick

I feel like these are good requirements for the YouTube rank and i hope you agree with me. These new requirements will definatly drop tons of current YT ranks but too bad 4 them.

I totaly agree with some of them, but sometimes i swear heavy and i can understand many other YouTubers do that xd

I would say 1000 subscribers is alright but not 10 videos of brokenlens content what about like 3
Make it more like 50 average views
The perks would be awesome tho!
