But, besides that. Nice job.
However, the main thing is that it needs a lot more detail. So...
One thing you can add is some texture to the grass areas with some podzol, concrete powder, coarse dirt, etc.
Another thing you can add is some bushes. Just kinda fills up the empty space.
You can also add different variations of stone bricks (stairs, slabs, cracked, etc) to give a weathered look to it, if that’s what you want. If not, I’d still suggest to add some sort of texture to the buildings as well as flags to show which one is for what team.
Hopefully you take these into consideration!

as diavent says , more details are needed , in my mind you're not forced to make the same building for each team , a MB map is a theme , not a building , but here , add more details :3
