I think this idea is really only good for highly campy players. It's impossible to use in any aggressive form at all. Also they just added trapper kit. I don't think another red stone based kit should be added any time soon. Also why that cost. If that kit is added it should be pretty cheap.

This is only going to work on afk players because anyone with a functioning cerebral cortex will simply get out of the way of the dispenser. The 64 fire chargers will just be exploited and used outside of the dispensers. Maybe try balancing it a little bit. Nice concept!

Id remove fire charges from inventory and instead have the dispensers auto fill with fire charges which you can't take out of it. This is so people can't use the charges without the dispensers. Id also give this kit some basic armor like leather or gold to push players further to play the kit.
