New Account Issue

Hi BrokenLens admin i recently came to you saying I got banned about me being banned i made a new xbox live account to play brokenlens but not to hack cause I think I should get another chance but back to the story I made a new xbox live account and I went to go play brlns and it WORKED I was like yes lets go it worked but then when i went to go join a game it said this account is ban from our appearances so im hoping can you unban my new account my username is ChillerKillerEJ thank you for your time to read this

I didnt know but i made a new account so I dont hack cause I know it wasnt right for me to hsck so thats why I made a new account

@ssunsett @HazardTheDutchAD @Ray_Palmer_Atom didnt u say the ban in brlns is like a combo ban? They will be ipbanned, device banned, etc? how can he bypassed if he just made new account?

We can't specifically choose whether it's an IP-ban, device-ban, etc., but most of the time it seems to be both of them. Apparently in this case, though, it was only an account-ban.

@FinePhantomEJ I am very sorry, but you will not be unbanned...
