In the past few weeks I've seen a few people claiming that BrokenLens is using the vanilla Minecraft damage in PvP, however that is false.
Using hide and seek as an example because seekers get a sharpness 5 sword
A sharpness 5 diamond sword in vanilla Minecraft does 4 hearts of damage (6 "hit points" total, taking 3 hits to kill a player at full health without criticals)
A diamond sword in BrokenLens hide and seek does 17.5 damage (assuming I did my math correctly) which equals to 2.5 hearts left after you get hit
If the server really was using the vanilla Minecraft damage system like people are claiming it is it would take more than 2 hits for a seeker to kill a hider
