Need help for getting YT rank

Hello!
I was trying to get YT rank on the server but I don't know why I got 3 warning points.
I read on the forums that I could strait away get the YT rank.
Here is the information :-
Channel name - TheTubeTrotter
Subscribers - Above 100 subscribers

So, Can I get the YT rank I am surely eligible for it please reply.
And if you need proof that it is my channel please reply me.

Yes Sure I can I can send my channel's control panel to prove its mine for the same.
