Name Transfer Trouble

I bought a transfer ticket last week and changed my IGN but I don't like it and want to change back. I have purchased another transfer ticket this morning and when I do /transfername (old IGN) it tells me to enter my password which I do but then it tells me that name is already taken and to pick a new one. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
 
Maybe someone claimed your name after you left, because when you transferred your name your old name becomes available to others to make a new password.
If this is the case then i’m sorry, but staff can’t really do anything

I got what you meant. The main sign is really an old email that can't do anything about your issue(s) or your help, which means that it is inactive. Or if that's not so, I might be wrong.

Just retype maybe u wrote password wrongly at last letter or so if not find a BETTER one
