a unicorn cake-
2 layer cake with a unicorn head on top, the unicorn is made out of molded rice cereal treats and covered in white fondant, decorated with moldable chocolate and royal icing, the 2 layer cake is first based with buttercream and then covered with a layer of pink fondant.
