If she keep harassing you, you can always do the ignore command ( /ignore add ____ )

okay then...
here are some options:

1. pretend that she's on ur ignore list when she's not and listen to her in chat. If she says anything that's harassment or bullying then report it, because if this behaviour keeps going on she'll get a temp ban.

2. Ask another friend or someone else to keep an eye on her in case she talks trash about u, and ask ur friend to screenshot the chat if she says something offensive and either post it on forums or send it to you

3. Just ignore her completely and act like you don't really care. If she notices that u don't care, she might stop talking trash about you.

I suggest that u should to 1 & 2 because her behaviour is unacceptable, but if it's too much for u to handle then go with option 3.
