Jazzy’s POV
“Guys are you excited!?” I said to my friends as we drove down the road. It was cold outside and I was glad that I had worn my hat, jacket, and gloves. My friends though, were not as lucky. I could tell that they were not as excited and also that they were angry at me. We were spending a month in a mansion on a cold snowy mountain. I had told them that, “it will be an unforgettable experience,” and, “a nice… tropical vacation.” I knew if I had told them we were spending our month on a cold frozen mountain, they would not have easily agreed and it would have been a lot more work.
“Listen Jazzy,” said Nash, “the only reason that we are upset with you is because you told us it was a tropical vacation. We packed for warm weather. It’s -4°F up here. I think that’s enough explaining.” I heard Pandee grumble in agreement but I knew they would come around soon.
“You owe us an apology!” Santa yelled.
“Quiet down guys!” said Icy, “Jazzy, you owe us an apology, but guys, no need to give her such a hard time.”
“I’m sorry guys, but look there’s the mansion!” I said.

Pi’s POV
I am sooo excited for me and my friend’s vacation in the mountains in a mansion all to ourselves. I am playing a murder game on my phone but the murderer keeps killing me first! I can’t win I think to myself.
Fuzzy, who was looking over my shoulder, said, “Come on Pi, you need to fool them into thinking that you are a murderer too. Then, they won’t kill you.” But, with her advice, I still was not able to win. I kept trying as we drove down the road, Dreaming whistling to the song on the radio, and Fuzzy singing along with her. Gingerly and Lucas were in the back watching youtube and goofing around. We are far from the mansion and it is going to be a lonnnnng ride.

Puff’s POV
Being the driver of the carpool with my 4 friends, I had total control of the music. If they were going to make me drive, I was going to torture them with my favorite music. Teheheh.
“NARWHALS, NARWHALS, SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN,” yelled Ally and I as we sang along to the song playing. Hannah, sitting right behind me, was covering her ears as she looked out the window. Fire, sitting behind Ally, had her headphones on with her music at full blast. Rexie, sitting between the two was playing a game on her phone like she didn’t even notice Ally and I were here.
“Alright Puff, I’ve had enough of this, let me drive, I can’t stand this music,” said Hannah and I agreed so we pulled over at a gas station and traded seats. While Hannah was driving, she played calming music and I’m not proud to say it but… I fell asleep.

It is very quiet in our car. No one has uttered a word in over an hour. I slept for 2 hours and now, I have been drawing on my tablet. Strelitzia and Wither are each sitting in the back playing a portable chess game, and Beryl is driving with her earbuds in listening to music. Bear is sitting next to me playing games on his phone. It is going to be nice to be on such a calm quiet vacation with my friends. It will be so relaxing.

Jazzy’s POV
When we drove up the mansion’s extremely long driveway, there were three figures in hooded robes looking out a window, one in pink, one in blue, and the third in purple. The one in pink was standing in the center, she was very short compared to the other two. The one in blue was the tallest he was to the right of the one in pink. The purple figure was also tall, but not as tall as the one in blue. But then, the three simultaneously disappeared from the window. Then I looked at the front doorway, and there they were, but this time they were not in robes instead, they were in normal clothes, waving at us.
When we pulled up the driveway, we got out of the car. We then struggled to pull our suitcases out of the car’s small trunk. The three people just watched. They didn’t even flinch when Nash fell over pulling on his suitcase. We walked over to them and they introduced themselves.
“Hi. I am Jely,” said the short one in pink.
“I am Ian,” said the tall one in blue.
“I am Iuc,” said the medium height one in purple.
I then replied, “Hi I’m J-” but the short one cut me off.
“No, no, names are for later right now you need to get settled.” She shoved us forward and they trailed behind us and I could have sworn that I saw her grin at the other two for just a second. Welp, maybe it was just my imagination I thought. Oh boy was I wrong.

I had decided to stop playing my murder games and fell asleep. I woke up being shaken by Fuzzy. We were driving up to the the mansion.
“Why is there another car in the driveway?” asked Fuzzy.
“Hmmmm maybe it belongs to the people that own this place,” I said, unsure.
We got out of the car and pulled our luggage up to the doorway. There were three people standing outside the doorway.
“I am Jely,” said the one dressed in pink.
“I am Ian,” said the one in blue.
“I am Iuc,” said the one in purple. Before I could utter a mere hello, we were shoved into the mansion and the three led us to our rooms. Why do I hear voices? It must be nothing. Wait is that another car driving down the driveway?

We drove up the driveway. Ally had her earbuds in and was humming the narwhal song. Firefox was looking out the window and Rexie had just woken up. Hannah was still driving and she had her calming music on but boy was she a crazy driver, although i was not any better.
Three people lined the doorway and were waving at us. When we got out of the car and brought our luggage up to the door where the three people watched us creepily. I looked around the yard. There were not many bushes and the bushes that were there were not good for stalking in. When Ally saw what I was looking at, she snorted and tried to resist laughter. The person that went by the name Jely, did not find it funny however and scowled at us.
“Well that was a warm welcome,” I whispered to Ally as we were shoved inside. But little did I know, that was the least of our problems.

I think that we have set a record for the longest time in silence. I was driving and was the only one awake as we drove up to the mansion. When we got there, there were three cars in the driveway. I didn’t think much of it because I saw three people waving at us. I decided that this was the time to wake my friends up and break the silence. I had prepared for this. I hit a button on my phone and a loud fog horn blew. That woke them up in seconds. I chuckled to myself as I parked the car. When we walked up to the three people, I tried to introduce myself but the three people cut me off and introduced themselves quickly and then shoved us into the house and up to our rooms. I then fell into a deep, deep sleep...
