Above the box where you type your text, click the "+" button, it's next to the "undo" and "redo" buttons. Then click "Spoiler" from the drop-down menu, and type the name of your spoiler. Then just go ahead and put the text that you want to put, inside the spoiler.

You're not a noob. Everyone is new at the beginning :D
