Well, since it's either, I'll go with OCPD 'cause that seems like what you meant and I don't really think I have an OCD habits.
On my desk at school, I set up my pens, pencils, ruler, and eraser in a specific way, always the same. On the top left corner (well, from the corner along the top) is where the long ruler stays. I use the small ruler to mark its place with pencil so it can be parallel to the part where the desk opens. The top right corner is where I keep my pens, pencil, and eraser. All must point left (the eraser, obviously, is excluded, although once I reach that point in the year when I draw on it, it has a specific side up). Closest to me is the pencil, then black pan, blue pen, red pen, in that order. The eraser then stops them from rolling off the desk.
