My pfp keeps getting a reset

Why does my profile pictures gets reset every time? It isn’t even inappropriate she isn’t naked , she isn’t from a h3nt@!
She wasn’t about to undress or do anything inappropriately

At least let me know that you guys don’t accept that kind of profile pictures instead of deleting it. I would change it with no problems. On discord its my pfp it’s a gif and she isn’t doing any harm

How could I get a perm ban if I don’t know what I am doing wrong? I can’t even learn from it because I don’t get informed about it. It just gets deleted. I have had this pfp for 2 days and no one deleted it until today

I learnt from that because I got informed “well” about it now.
I thought my profile picture had some bug or whatever because it got reset to default. I prefer that I get addressed clearly instead of some “hint “ because not everyone understands hints that easily
