My new Xbox account banned

Hi my brother gave me his old Xbox live account as he has now got a new one (still banned from server) and im hoping I can get unbanned from the server and I would really like to play. I join by LAN at the minute cuz all network accounts are banned and I don't have xbox live.

My Xbox user: luisg238 (will be changed to SummerTimeGirl25)
My brother's new one: luisg2YT (Ban him please and unbanned me?)

The username luisg238 isn’t banned, so if it’s your Xbox account which is banned we can’t do anything about that.

Although, erm - I don’t think Laura would unban someone.. just for you to get their account? I’m slightly confused.
Your account isn’t even connected to his.. so you shouldn’t be banned or it wouldn’t even affect you.

I have an idea but it did not work:
I went to LAN and did a random user then tried to login as luisg2YT then it would disconnect the account on xbox live

Oh I have an idea! You could unban luisg2YT then when I say... Ban him again so like I log in so I disconnect on luisg238 the when I say you ban! Is that ok?

I can’t mess with the ban, since I wasn’t the staff which banned him - but uhm, I highly doubt Laura would unban his account just for you to take it over..
