Don't make another account, that would be bypassing.

The only reason your username is also banned is because you shared your password with an account which is banned.

I’ve already unbanned your network, so if you still can’t join there’s nothing we can do, I’m sorry.
If you can find some sorta way to ‘bypass’ the ban, then yes it’ll be okay since you haven’t done anything wrong.

We’ll reset your password, but other than that we can’t do anything.
It shows you both own the same Xbox live account and device.
