My friend got ip banned?

Um sorry if I write a message again but my friend is trying to go to the server with other names and want to register but it didn't work.We tryed to with my account on he's mobile but he's got the same message.This account is Banned.You know he's name is SeggArc88 but he don't modded anything please help.Get he's account back or please help with it doesn't work with other names.

That's supposed to happen. That's called bypassing, you can't use other usernames on our server when you get permbanned.
