Ask your friend the order ID. He can find it at the email that he has recieved from BrokenLens.

Naraft- you need the "order id". It is a number on the receipt that your friend got after buying you the rank. Also, get a password reset because you keep saying your password in here! :confused:Never tell anyone your passwords my friend. :jawdrop:

Hmmm I don't know if I am true, because I
don't really remember, but, when my parents
bought my Emerald Rank, they did not need
my Username's password, they just put
my Username and their E-mail and after that,
they just clicked Proceed to Paypal and they
successfuly paid it.
I don't know what's wrong, maybe it is
different for you?:thinking-face:

And, she should send you a screenshot
that she paid it for NARAFT_BLUE
(your username), or else you won't be
able to get it.
I mean, you need proof that she bought it,
so Staff will give it to you.
