My friend cannot join

IanDaCreeper is having trouble joining because of a message popping up when he tries to join, stating that he cannot play on servers because of how his xbox account is set up. It also says "GO TO XBOX.COM TO FIX THIS" or something but apparently nothing has worked so far. If anyone knows what this is or how to fix it, please say something. Thank you.
